Cancellation policy
Plans change, especially around Gulf weather. Our policy is simple and the same for every home on the platform.
30 or more days before check-in
Full refund of everything you paid, including the cleaning fee. No questions asked.
14 to 29 days before check-in
50% refund of the nightly rate, plus a full refund of the cleaning fee.
Under 14 days
The stay is non-refundable, but contact us anyway. If we can re-book your dates we pass the recovered nights back to you.
If your host cancels
Full refund of everything you paid, including the cleaning fee and taxes, if your host cancels any time up to your check-in day.
Named storms
If a hurricane warning or mandatory evacuation order covers your stay dates, you receive a full refund or free date change, whichever you prefer.
