A marketplace is only as good as its worst listing. Ours has none, because nothing goes live until we have checked it ourselves.

Every home is verified

Hosts submit their listing with photos, amenities, and details, and our team reviews it before it can be published. What you see on the listing is what you walk into.

Damage protection on every stay

Hosts are covered on every booking, and guests are never surprised by junk "protection fees". Issues are handled by us, locally, case by case.

Secure accounts

Your account supports two-factor authentication with any authenticator app. Turn it on under Account settings, Security.

A local on call

Support is handled from Sarasota by people who can physically get to the home. For urgent issues during a stay, that matters more than any chat bot.
